Aero Squadron Sparkler
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Aero Squadron Vodka
- 1 oz blue curaçao (blue layer)
- 3 oz lemonade or lemon-lime soda (white layer)
- 2 oz cranberry juice (red layer)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh blueberries, raspberries, and a lemon slice for garnish
- Optional: sparkling water or club soda for extra fizz
Instructions:
Prepare your glass: Use a tall clear glass (like a highball or Collins glass) to showcase the layers.
Create the red layer: Carefully pour 2 oz cranberry juice over the back of a spoon to float it on bottom.
Create the white layer: Slowly pour 3 oz lemonade or lemon-lime soda over the back of a spoon onto the blue layer. Pouring over the spoon helps keep the layers separate.
Create the blue layer: Pour 1 oz blue curaçao gently over the ice. Slowly add 2 oz Aero Squadron vodka on top (you can mix the vodka and blue curaçao beforehand if preferred).
Garnish: Skewer fresh cherries on a cocktail pick.
